Hotel Guest Reviews of the Omni Boston Parker House

Family with Young Children
I cannot say enough about how wonderful this hotel stay was!! It exceeded my expectations in every way from the doorman, concierge, desk clerk; location was phenomenal-walk to North End, TD Banknorth etc; Room 712 overlooked King's Chapel and Old City Hall and Govt Ctr in the distance. Beautifully renovated, but retains the Old World Charm!! Loved It.

The hotel is very "atmospheric". There is no name on the exterior--just a flaming sconce and a glimpse of the chartreuse-lit escalator through the glass doors. This hotel was very nice. Everything was a bit over priced. The location made it hard to sleep as outside noise was so loud that it sounded like it was in your room. There was also lots of drunk guests yelling in the halls at 4 am. ...read more

Old, refurbished once quite nice hotel, far outstripped by its newer competition. While the rooms have been redone, the size of the rooms holds it back. I was traveling alone, I can't imagine if my wife was along how we would have managed. ...read more

Our two-bed room was clean but small with not much bureau or closet space. The high mattresses made it difficult to get into the beds, but they were comfortable. Small shower had plenty of hot water. I didn't use WiFi but I saw people using laptops in the lobby. Overall, a pleasant stay. ...read more
